ZONO TECHNOLOGIES Case Study Submission “THE EUREKA MOMENT”
Carol Gatewood, owner of the Learning Tree Child Care Center, is a huge advocate of the ZONO technology. As a health-conscious entrepreneur who is always trying to stay up to date with the latest green disinfecting and sanitizing methods, she still felt the sanitization measures she was taking in her centers were somehow inadequate and could stand to be improved.
Carol saw the ZONO technology at the first Child Care Success Summit in Denver, and committed to testing the equipment in one of her vie centers in Michigan.

Trent Chesnut, Head Football Equipment Manager for Fighting Illini Football, has been taking care of student-athlete equipment for more than 20 years. From set-up to tear down, he oversees practice and gameday equipment, uniforms, and more. His responsibilities include keeping the team in clean uniforms, gloves, cleats, and helmets. It’s his job to make the team shine.
Variety grant to support three key programs at Blank Children’s Hospital

Blank Children’s Hospital announced it has received a $120,000 grant from Variety – the Children’s Charity of Iowa to enhance care and facilities for children and families. Through the grant, Variety will provide support for three key programs at Blank Children’s: Pediatric Therapy, Advocacy & Outreach, and the Developmental Center, hospital officials said in a press release.
